when i take a bath, i tend to get the water hotter and stay in longer so it completely relaxes me and then all i want to do is go to bed. when i shower, I'm usually in a hurry and the water is invigorating so i feel refreshed.

The water spray of the shower invigorates and massages your body. The massage relaxes the muscles and at the same time helps the blood to circulate faster. Also the water that is splashing over your whole head when you are showering gives you a goodworkout relaxing the nerve points under the scalp and at different parts of the face. All these help you to feel refreshed.
On the other hand the bath especially in a tub is in static water. It relaxes your body and drains the lethargy. You feel so relaxed that you feel sleepy.

The shower is more refreshing for you as the water hitting you speeds up the heart which makes you more awake.

Bath or shower? The answer is always a shower. Why lie back in your own filth?

I love my baths i have one every evening, but i shower every morning. I guess this is because the bath soothes and relaxes me for bed and the shower energizes me for my hectic day. All Ladies should have baths so they can cleanse themselves properly.

A shower takes shorter to clean yourself and you feel cleaner because you can bathe/clean your entire body.
