All girls ARE cute if you know how to see them and appreciate their features and talents. Make-up doesn't make the girl! Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder! If you want to see beautiful... you will not look for imperfection. Nothing is perfect and less anyone. Sometimes that small something that is different on a girl makes it more attractive. For one she can be beautiful and for someone else she would be ordinary! You must be a young person and you will see as you get more mature that there's nothing like a girl who's genuine! With or mithout make-up! Would'nt you rather date a girl who's beautiful rather than cute?
Look around you, there are plenty of beauty!

sometimes genes reverse and make people not so cute but everyone is beautiful in either inside or out it sounds cheezy but its true makeup can help the inside beautiful people beautiful on the outside but the outside beautiful people cant put makeup on the inside without the risk of being posined

i read that girls are all pretty that use makeup.. not true.
You can't enhance what you dont have (unless you pay a pro to put a new mask on your face).
Anyway, same reason that all guys are not attractive.
Then again people have different views and tastes regarding what is and is not attractive. What you don't think is, another guys DOES think is.. etc etc.
Girls are always going to look a little different when they aren't wearing makeup- doesn't mean they are less attractive. celebs look even worse ;) so..

because everyone is unique...not everyone is attractive..but they might be cute!! not every woman needs to wear makeup to look good....all girls have an inner beauty that will shine through if you take the time to look...dont focus on the outward appearance.....looks can be deceiving....and all girls are amazing even if they are beautiful, pretty, cute, attractive, plain, unique or unusual looking.

Nature made them that way! The ones that have no appreciation
for who they are and their own self worth, think that mans crap will make them beautiful.
One day, hopefully, they will learn the truth. Beauty is not what you put on your body, it is what comes out of your body, "Your mouth", and what you do or do not do!
You can not paint on beauty or dress up in it!
