Not to sound flipant but in my case it made for some great sex and a lot of late night talks. I honestly believe she hated and loved me at the same time. I know I felt the same way.
It makes for a lot of drama. Don't go there unless you just want some short term fun. I don't advise a long term relationship in this case.
