Are you trying to make your own music or download music that you like? There are free music filing programs out there, however a good portion of them contain spyware.

you want to make a cd? okay then hope u have a blank cd..u can go to http://nero.com
but if u want to download free music then go to http://limewire.com
or you can always use windows media player to create a cd with or u can download roxie cd creater.

I dont trust you, the musical and electronic form of a narc. But seriously, there are plenty of free search engines you can find, like ares for instance, or soulseek. Those are delectable.
