I disagree. It's Britney Spears. The media is obsessed with her "I don't care if I'm a mom and getting divorced, I'm going to party without underwear" attitude. Lindsay Lohan-that confused, drunk party girl is a close second. And so is Nicole Richie-another lost one who needs help. Sick of them all!

Im gonna disagree! Cause of all the hype, Brittany spears is deffinetly the new Paris Hilton! She has had two children in two years, getting a divorce, and has actually been partying with Paris wearing crotchless underwear and flashin everyone all eyes are on her at the current moment!!
