depends on your daughter's style. i'm 16, and i like to wear clothes that express my personality. i'm not into abercrombie and fitch and hollister because it seems everyone wears those brands and 3 of 5 people will most likely have the same shirt from those stores on, on the same day.
i like clothes from stores such as urban outfitters, delia's, and anthropologie, oh, and nordstrom's. take a look at those sites, and maybe you'll find something that's for her.
HOW COULD I FORGET FOREVER 21?! gosh. that is an amazing store too! though, i've found their clothes don't last that long...

I'd suggest Forever 21 -You see all type of age groups shopping there so it really is for anyone~
And here's a plus.. not only do they carry a huge selection of clothes and accessories - the price isn't bad either!!!!

Well, it depends where you live and if you are looking for expensive or inexpensive. Anyways, there is many that sell many hot clothes. For example, rave, body shop, and charlotte russe, forever 21, wet seal, and etc.

If shes funky, flirty and wants the hottest styles I'd say Forever 21 or Bebe.
If shes more classic, preppy and relaxed, I'd say Abercrombie, Gap, American Eagle or Hollister.
