Hey, who has the right to say what is tacky and what isn't?

Hey Shea, you've every right to do what you like but it is commonly perceived that we dress or do make up for others while we eat what we do for our health! So, do consider the possible reaction from others and act accordingly! By the way, for your lips to be projected attractive and exotic, pink is perfect - just a suggestion!

There's nothing wrong about it, but put in mind lipstick wears off before the lip liner, so u would end up w/ a black line around ur lips that might not seem attractive. Feel free to experiment though and have fun w/ it.

There's nothing wrong with it if you like it. You're right who is to say what is tacky or not. Not I. I use and wear whatever I please, I don't worry about what other people think, and I don't judge what others do either. Go for it if it makes you feel good.

There's nothing wrong with wearing black lip liner if thats what you want to wear. Don't let anyone tell you differently.

There is nothing wrong with using black lip liner. However, there are other colors around thus you should explore them and find one that best fits your lips color tone.

no onehas the right to say what is tacky and what isnt if that is your style go for it girl you shouldnt care what other people think be a non conformest and wear your pants backwards who cares about them they get to be labeled as "them" and you get to be labled as"you" stand out give peoples eyes a break we are to used to seeing the same thing

Why would you want a black outline around your lips? Unless you're putting on black lip stick? I am trying to picture it and it's pretty funny

LIP LINER DOES NOT COME IN BLACK,YOU MUST BE USING EYELINER FOR YOUR LIPS.IT IS ALWAYS BEST TO USE A LINER THAT HAS A COLOR THAT CLOSELY MATCHES THE LIPSTICK.BUT IF YOU PREFER TO WEAR BLACK LINER THAT'S UP TO YOU,CREATE YOUR OWN STYLE.

Tacky it may be, but if you like it and you're confident enough to be seen wearing it then go for it. It's not my personal choice to wear it but if you prefer it.. then so be it.
