Has anyone seen Amistad? What is it about? What did you think about it?

It is about a slave ship called Amistad which means friendship in Spanish. The slaves, while traveling to the U.S. in 1839, took control of the ship. The main character, Cinque, played by Djimon Hounsou, is the leader of the group. They eventually have to go to court, in 1841, for what they did, but they say that the U.S. has no jurisdiction over them since it was illegal to transport slaves across the Atlantic. John Quincy Adams, played by Anthony Hopkins, defends them in court. They win the case and get to go back to Africa. It is a very good movie and it based on fact.
