Two days ago I ran into a metal pole and injured my head. I didn't pass out but I have had a headache ever since. As I live in Japan at the moment the hospital costs are expensive so I don't want to get it checked out unless I have too. Does it matter and will my headaches go away as they are rather annoying.

No worries, if it goes on for more than three days you best see some sort of doctor.
Concussion lasts three days max.

concussions can have the potential to be very bad. You should definitely see a doctor for the headaches.

Get to a doctor as soon as you can dude.If I'm not mistaking,a headache suggests that you're brain is swelled up. That could be very bad.

Pretty goddam dangerous. If you start vomiting after this is a pretty clear sign. You can die minutes after a concussion. Get the hell to a doctor. And don't rely on this site. Get treatment now!

umm are your pupils dilated? then you need to get looked at if not then hopefully the headaches will go away in two days if not get looked at

as long as your not going dizzy or seeing double...you probably just badly bruised your head..and it will hurt for a couple of weeks maybe..chesk your pupils if there large all the time..see a doctor..or if your feeling sick

some kid died at my school because he had a concussion. it was very sad and my mom had one and it totally messed up her memory and still today she cant remember stuff like she used to.
