I think you must mean E = Mc^2
This means that energy = mass times the square of the speed of light. This is theoretically the MOST energy we can get out of any substance with mass m.
c, the speed of light, is huge, about 3 times 10^8 meters per second, so this means we can get a LOT of energy if we convert mass to energy efficiently.
Nuclear Power plants rely on this relationship. So do nuclear bombs. So does the sun.

if e=cm is indeed what you are asking I am not certain of the answer.
But if E=Mc^2 is what you are looking for then...
It is the conversion between matter and energy,
If one can convert a said amount of matter with mass M (Kg) into pure energy this is how much would be expelled.

Actually the question is "what is e=mc2 (mc squared). This is the equation for energy (e). m is mass and c is the speed of light (186,000 miles/second). This is an equation from Einstein.

im fairly sure that you mean E=MCsquared so i will answer as such. it is the equasion used to find the amount of energy using the mass and circumference of an explosion
