At seven. I remember when I first heard the whole story of Santa clause. I never really believed that a person could go around the world delivering presents to everyone in one night!

The first Christmas that I can remember, I was 4.

My older sisters had already told me there was none such. So I was told by my mother when I was older. Anyhow I have no memory which involves my believing in Santa Clause or any of the other childhood things like Easter Bunnies, Tooth Fairies, Wise Judges, Honest Politicians and Virgin Brides.

Innocence was also stolen at a very early age.

it was about the age of 8. My brother and father told me that when my bro. was little that Santa flew over our house and spelled out his name in red smoke in the sky. That's the main reason i believed then. Also i noticed my dad leave my grandmothers house on Christmas eve for a while. Come to find out he was playing Santa at my house. picking out my own Christmas while me and my mother shopped also led me to the fact" don't let children read this" there is no Santa. That's been 16 years ago. Now I play Santa for my g/f. just as a fun type of thing.

I don't remember a specific age, my mom told me that I was never really a believer anyways. I guess I just didn't find Santa believable, delivering presents to that many kids in one night and in one little sleigh? I just couldn't believe it. That's kinda sad, I guess.

But I do remember being a big brat and when I was like 7 I told my younger brother who was 5, that Santa wasn't real. He was really upset. I still feel bad about that to this day, almost 20 years later.

I was 7 and my friend had a younger brother that was 2, whenever they discussed christmas they would make innuendos about Santa after the second time I got it. I sat up all night that year and my suspicions were confirmed by my parents last minute wrapping party. The worst part was leading my parents on because I didn't want to get in trouble for staying up to hear them. :)

I don't think I ever really believed. Dad was such a santa-claus ALL YEAR! He was fun, jolly, kind, and always bringing home presents, JUST like the ones Santa brought us. My sister and I loved that dad was Santa Claus!

The second grade when my older brother told me there was no Santa. But then I was still confused because my parents kept saying there was and I believed them more, until the third grade when I believed my brother.

Not sure, but right around when I hit the age of reason (like 9 or 10).

The age of reason is not really a definite point in time, but more of a gradual "coming to" of the child mind over a course of several years.
