How to i transfer data on it into my computer? Am i supposed to insert it into my computer anywhere?

i want to add songs to it.

You can either do it in 2 ways:
1) Use your hp cable that comes in your mobile phone package, connect it to your hp and connect the end of the cable into your pc. And drag & transfer or copy & paste the songs into your hp directly with the cable inserted in your pc. Then disconnect the connection between your pc & the cable. Switch on your mobile and the songs will be inside your phone.
2) Buy a card reader which comes in different slots for many types of memory cards. And take out your microSD card first and insert the card reader into your pc, then slowly insert the microSD card into the card reader and do the same procedures by either drag & transfer or copy & paste the songs into the drive where your card reader is located in. Then after that, take out the microSD card back & insert it back into your hp. Switch on your mobile and the songs will be inside your phone.
Finally, you're ready on-the-go with your music & songs and you can play them!

You need a Card Reader !
Many Card readers are available in the Market like 4-1 and so on!
Also you will have a Choice to get USB or Serial ! Get the USB one!
You can also transfer song to your Phone using the Software available with the Phone and USB Port cable that came with the Phone! This process is slow and card reader does it very fast!

You need a memory card reader. You MAY have one on your PC already. Should be in the front of the case. If you don't, you should be able to pick one up at best buy, etc for $10 or $15.
