Oh geeez...thank goodness I am so past that age. You must still be in school, right? YOu will run across girls like this for years, and probably even into your adulthood. My advice? Don't sweat it. They are flaky and what she did to you, she will do to them when a newer, cooler, person comes around that she wants to be seen with. It is all about status with these kinds of people, so honestly, you are probably better off without her. (FYI...I have been out of high school for 8 years and trust me when I say, karma is a wonderful thing, and these types of people tend to be very lonely inside) Keep your head up and eyes open, my dear!

Hi... I have been in this situation before. She is testing you in a way, she thinks she has you wraped around her finger and that you will be like "why won't you hang out with me" which gives her a sick sort of confiendce boot if you will... it makes her feel wanted and that's a form of depression. When you lock out your friends (your really close friends) and you jump from friend to friend - it means you can not get too close to that person for a long period of time.
The solution? Let her realize SHE has lost you, if you were a good friend (which I know you are) and you be the bigger person, walk away and let her find you, and she will - if it's meant to be and if she is worthy to your friendship. First time this happens shame on her... if it happens again where she leaves and you take her back shame on you. Stick through it, it's all about controling the situation.

You talk as if this was your only friend on the planet! If so that's fine too. You never put all your eggs in one basket. Just because you have one friend that does not mean you can't have more. What you should do is find you some friends and not worry about it. Apparently she was not your friend excuse me your Best friend anyway.Friends don't leave friends hanging even when they make new ones. Don't sweat it kid it's not the end of the world.

Dont let it bother you , there are people out there that can only have one friend at a time so I wouldnt let it bother me One of my daughters had two friends well more than two but her two best friends didnt like each other so she could never be with both at the same time . I remember how mad she use to get . It wasnt her it was them so dont worry you dont need the hassel , find some new friends .Good Luck and be happy .

You are using the word FRIEND too loosely! If the person was your friend, they would have your best interest and feelings at the fore front of their concerns.
It is not a negative thing for young people or any person, to meet more and different people. To do and try more and different things. No one needs a weight around their legs, holding them down instead of allowing movement!
Remember, if you care for a person, you do not try to put them in YOUR cage.
