Running and eating lightly throughout the day works for me, as opposed to eating a big meal all at once towards the end of the day. Breakfast is important, never skip breakfast.
Proactiv works wonders for acne. Its expensive and it takes a while to completely clear your skin (about 3 to 5 months for me usually) but if you follow the routine for at least a month you should see dramatic results. That is, if you are not overexaggerating about your skin problems. I first started using proactiv about 4 or 5 years ago then I stopped using it for awhile and now I use it and my skin is a few spots away from being completely clear. I have had a bad acne problem ever since I became a teenager and still have problems with my acne from time to time notw that I am in my early twenties. Never pick at your face it only makes scars that take a long time to go away and in some cases never go away.

I volunteered for a before and after pictures of this skin peeling product, it's been about 3 months and my face improved greatly!
At fist your face will look like hell and will get bad after every facial appointment (because the person will be takin out the puss and stuff) but eventually your face will look smooth...or shinny.
You should cut your hair short and shampoo it every time it feels oily, i encourage skin peeling products (see a professional facialist)
Diet and wear a corset or something similar for 7 weeks.

Drink lots of water, I don't mean kool-aid or any other drink Water.
I used to only drink water when I was near a water fountain with no other drinks available. Now I drink 42 ounces or more a day, and I am amazed at how much clearer my skin is and how my health in general has improved. As for your belly add some sit-ups or crunches to your work out routine.

As for flat tummy just hold your tummy muscles in all the time... that really works and you will become used to it in no time.
Now to your whitehead and pimple problems, they will be banished if you use a product that contains Benzoyl peroxide or Salicylic acid as one of the main ingredients. you can find these at any pharmacy.

For your pimples, you could always try a prescription medication (get a recommendation from your doctor) For your tummy, you could try doing sets of sit-ups or crunches. Start out with 3 sets of 30... increase or decrease number of sets/push-ups to fit your endurance. Good Luck!

believe me, an easier way is - riding bicycle, and then try to eat more tomatoes and raw vegetable, your organs will be clean and then you will have beautiful skin, darling. be happy
