dream of lying on the beach with the sand between your toes, the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks, a nice ocean breeze blowing with no one around but you or you and whoever you want...this is relaxing me :) hope this helps

Actually you CAN effect what you dream about. Lay down, close your eyes, and just clear your mind and think about one thing. That can help you dream about that person/thing/event/etc. I try this almost nightly and it works quite often.
