I've heard that crystals help with energy flows in rooms...can anyone give me some info on crystals???

Has this so called "energy" flow ever been measured and tested? Is there any independent evidence that crystals can do this? To prevent polio what is better the crystal or a vaccine? Oh that's right, such proof is not needed.

Jade is a stone which is believed by many to increase focus and alertness (think carrying one to a test, or while you study)

Rose quartz is believed to be a romantic stone, which draws positive energy and love to the carrier.

Hematite is a stone of strength and iron will, but it can backfire when used against a more powerful mind.

Carnelian is a stone of sexuality and seduction.
