Buddy Holly is a legend. He was way before his time. His music and lyrics were so inivative. The Beatles stood on his shoulders for their work.
Anyway, I like Buddy Holly too. As far as yourself - only you can answer if you are into him too much. I would say that my criteria would be how many hours a day do you spend on "him" and does that effect other parts of your life negatively.
