becouse you want some were to live that you cannot be turfed onto the street by the land lord,,,and my home unit has gone from 200k to 400 k in 10 years,think long term

Your not supposed to work hard. That is a myth your parents and teachers taught you. Start your own business. Remember those geeky kids in high school that studied hard and got good grades? Well you hire them as your employees because they are smart and like to work hard. You sit back and rake in the money. Let them work hard. Not You!!!

Ask any rich person! They will tell you the same. Why do you think rich people get to spend all day at the golf course? They got people working for them. They don't work!

the price of the house will go up but the value of the money will get lower with inflation...

If your loan officer is a bit more hardworking then the credit won't be a problem for refinancing or for getting a new mortgage .Ask you rofficer what rate he is providing you and if it isworse than 5-6 % then write to me at kishaloy_bhowmick@yahoo.com ,will provide u a better deal...

Tonyk has the right idea, shawndavis on the other hand is just plain WRONG trying to maintain a business without hard work is IMPOSSIBLE ! He clearly never tried.....
