start by looking at the clearance sections of your favorite stores... yes, they usually have clearance online too. generally, i have the best luck scrounging in real life. i am the bargain shopping queen... and i actually find super cute stuff! no one would ever know! so, just be picky & frequent the clearance!

Why does it have to be online? If you have a Vf Outlet near you, you should def. go there. I used to work there and we carried Carter's and lots of other super cute baby stuff and everything was 50% off, some of it more than that if it was on clearence. Otherwise Old Navy and Baby Gap have cute clothes that aren't THAT expensive, the sale stuff is cheap. Or you could always Ebay.
