don't bother if cooling system is in reasonable condition if it was really bad then in my experience you'd probably need more doing than just your anti-freeze changing because that stuff tends to find places to leak out in systems that have not had regular maintenance. if your only changing it due to old coolant been past its effective service life giving the system a back flush through the heater(ask someone to explain if your not sure how to do this effectively it would take awhile for me to type out)with a garden hose is a good way to remove old coolant and give you a clean system to work with.Make sure you know where all the air bleed screws are on the system for refilling Honda's tend to trap air around the back of thermostat housing.

Do NOT use a flush.
They used to serve a purpose, and the boys from the old skool of repair still think it's dandy.
It is best to just remove the old coolant, reclaim it, and don't allow it to drain into the yard or storm drains, or the sewer. Contain it and take it in for recycling.
Replace the coolant with a 50%/50% mix of fresh HONDA APPROVED coolant and water. Not all coolants are equal, no matter what they tell you at the parts store.
Be certain that all hoses are in good condition, and if necessary, replace the coolant cap.

Good Luck and Merry Christmas

Take it from a mechanic, just change the antifreeze, but instede of water, put in distilled water.
Distilled water has no minerals in it and it will make the water pump last longer, and keep the inside of the radiator rust free.
It will make the hoses last as nothing like rust anf stuff from eating at the inside of the hose

should only use it if your coolant is real cruddy lookin like a rust color otherwise a simple drain and refill is suffice, and dispose of old coolant properly
