Alone? Man, that's pretty vauge.
Are ther other organic compounds out there? Sure.
Bacteria? Yeah.
Complex organisms? Probably not, most of the bodies in the solar system are pretty inhospitable. Mars is pretty cold and lacks an Atmosphere. Venus is actually hotter than Mercury (737 Kelvin Average.. 95% CO2 Atmosphere.. but Global Warming is a big lie! lol) and the atmospheric pressure was enough to crush anything we sent to the planet's surface. And it rains sulpheric acid. Not a great holiday.
Jupiter's moons are colder than Mars and tend to be pretty unstable because of Jupiters massive gravitational field. Saturn's got the same problems and anything beyond that is just plain freezing.
If anything that can be said about intelligent life other than our own (There's a bit of presumption in that, but just bare with me.), there might have once been civilization on Mars. I'm not getting into all that face on mars crap, I'm just saying it's possible.

If you mean all the galaxies, absolutely not. There are over 1 billion Suns like ours, many with planets going around them. It is an impossibility. They have discovered 20,000 year old caves where the people made charcoal drawings on the walls showing individuals in flying machines. This idea wasn't from their imagination. They were still marveling over the invention of the wheel. The drawings are a depiction of what they witnessed and are not shown too often because they are a threat to our God concept.

Yes we are definitely alone in the solar system but we are not alone in the universe. Intelligent life no doubt proliferates throughout the universe!

In our solar system it is believed we are but the possibility is there for life in the other planets or space rocks. Most likely other life forms will be small, lesser celled organisms.

No one can assure that. People will never know what is around them- because they can barely fly to mars.

As far as intelligent life exclusively based in our solar system, then, yes - we are. But, outside of our system, there are other beings.

We are alone in this galaxy at least.
Now, if we are truly alone in the univers...God wasted a lot of space.
