what do you think of men that want to be women? I mean, I'm gay but I'm a man, I was born with a penis, and I like it, I would never want to mutilate myself, it's kind of sick

I think that people who want to mutilate themselves need help. People that want to go in for a professional procedure endorsed by the APA, AMA, and everyone else who knows about it should be full well able to without you judging. People can be born as five different biological sexes, just based on chromosomes. There's a million and one different OTHER conditions that can arise that would make one's sex ambiguous. Gender is in the mind; it's about how you relate to the world, and how you expect the world to relate to you. If the physical part is that complex, why would you expect the mental part to be simple?

some gays do accept that they are male homosexuals and are contented with that. some believe in their hearts, mind and soul that they are women trapped in a man's body. this has nothing to do with their attraction to the same sex. it is finding their identity to the point of reaching sex transplant and finally changing their gender legally to female.
