its not like the people in north carolina live in clay huts...same buildings found in other states found here.....

There are so many different types of buildings in North Carolina that there is no way to describe just one.
You also need to take into consideration the the western area of the state is Mountains and the Eastern part is on the Ocean. Depending on the location withing the state you will find various buildings as well.
It isn't any different than any other state I have been to overall. Houses range from log cabins to ranch style and commercial buildings can be brick one story all the way to sky scrapers.
