You can get it at apple website. Sometimes it comes bundled with some software for some cameras like in my case my digital camera.
Alternative way to download a free one is via torrents or limewire/bearshare (beware of fakes and virus). I prefer getting it via torrents. You can even get the pro version. Warning, this may be illegal in your country.
