I told my children the following story - after my son saw a pigeon blow up under a bus's wheel. The full colour pigeons mean that they are 1st timers on this earth and still have to learn a lot. Each time they come back they get more and more white feathers until they are totally white - then they have learned the lessons in life that need to be learned and when they pass on they don't come back again and go to Pigeon heaven- My children are now teenagers and still play the game to see what level a pigeon is at - according to them the all full colour ones are the stupidest and cause all the trouble whilst all the white feathered ones are wise and don't get themselves killed for nothing. So I guess they would be messengers of GOD you have to learn in life before you can progress to the next one :-D

Here is what to do: set up pigeon cotes all over town. The pigeons will use them because they are so convenient. Once a week clean up and remove the eggs. This will keep the numbers down. There will be a few pigeons that manage to breed, and some people with their own pigeons, but they won't be a nuisance.

Though the pigeons exist, the other figures you mention are widely thought to be the product of over-active imaginations feeding on the sensed spiritual dimension of existence; I rather like pigeons, don't do things like this to them. Snakes have nearly disappeared in the eastern US as women kill them as evil tempters when that is only part of a ridiculous ethological myth. Let the damn pigeons alone.

White Doves are a messengers of god. aka angles in disguise. They arent messengeres of satan either. There just a animal put on the earth. They use to be country breed till citys where put on there homes. Then they moved to citys. I like them tho, so funny the way they walk and they are great as homeing pidgions.

In Adelaide city we have plagues of them, some old guy was on TV last night making a fortune catching them and selling them as free-range meat........Ive never tasted one myself.
