The most recent hearing was scheduled to take place in Mexico this week. And no, I'm pretty sure he hasn't been extradited to Mexico and hope to God he never is. The man doesn't deserve it. The last news article that I read stated that he would not be present at the hearing that was recently schedule, but would be represented by his attorney.

In my eyes, he's a hero to womankind all over the world. Andrew Luster should have been keelhauled for his crimes, and thank the powers that be that Dwayne Chapman had the courage to go after him and see to it that he was brought in to face the consequences.

He is out on bail, pending a hearing on Mexico's extradition request. He has an attorney who represents him in Mexico.
I certainly hope the U.S. does not cooperate with Mexico on this one. Dog captured the fugitive convicted rapist Andrew Luster in Mexico; Luster was carrying a date-rape drug when they caught him and turned him over to authorities. I cannot imagine why the Mexican government would want to punish Dog for taking this serial rapist off their streets.

I saw him on "Larry King Live" last week I think, with his attorney. He said they had a hearing this week in Mexico, and I believe Dog said he'd be there.

However, if something significant happened, I'm sure the media would be all over it. So who knows ?
