Thunder Press, Or there is a biker chick magazine I believe is called 'Janes Alley'. These are national and maybe to broad a coverage. Try flyers at some of the local biker bars and hang outs. If there are any Poker Runs or bike shows. Local bike shops.

A good place to advertise is in woman-owned "Friction Zone Magazine". There are Western and Eastern editions. They are available in many many shops. Check the site for listings.

Make up some flyers and post them in local bike shops. Many shops have bulletin boards for local groups to list upcoming meetings, rides, etc.

The superbike schools also offer women only race days.

Depends on kind of women you want to join. My guess, Oprah is NOT good place.
Why not advertise on park benches, fitness clubs and car/biking magazines?

You might also check for local motorcycle forums or national ones with regional sections.

Bike shops......The local Harley store does it and they have an incredible trun out for ladies nights and day trips.

Put it in the newspaper. My wife occassionally hangs bike flyers in the beauty salon.
