I just heard i can fix my usb falsh disk with some special softwares. do you know anyone ?

Take the model of your flash disk and go to the main website of the maker find the downloads section most have them or support section and look up the model you have they should have drivers for it.
you can also go to Microsoft.com and download generic usb drivers which will work with most models

First of all what brand is it? Does it need any drivers? And what OS are you using, if it is older than xp, you probably need the driver for sure.
Remember to check the compatibility of the usb ports too.

You need to be more specific with what your asking. Go to the website and call the tech support number and stop wasting yahoo answerers time. You didn't even tell us what brand, or what the specific problem was.

Why doesn't it work? One common pitfall is that most of them, perhaps all of them, come with a tiny, sliding lock, which stops them being written on to. Have you accidentally slipped this into the locked position?

you may have blown it sorry. I have got one the same so the story is never depend on anything and always make sure you have backups of your files.... :(
