In reguard to what species will be next , It would be better for Planet earth if it was mankind. The next large species will be as well from the sea, Do your Whale research and you'll find three of the Larger Whales parishing before our eys , and It won't take long. To keep a species, growing there has to be more than one male and one female, Animals can't inbreed and prosper, there would be mutations without mixing with others that are not from thier blood line
