He's upset that you didn't let him down easy. Apologize for hurting his feelings and let him know you want to get past this issue. If he brings it up again, remind him you apologized and there's nothing more you can do about it. Life goes on.

Stop talking to him for a long amount of time. He still needs recovery time or he wouldn't mention it ever.

let your parents know what is going on. let the school know. if it gets really bad, get a hold of your local police department. the police department will be able to help you with more ways to keep him from bothering you.

next time you see or talk to him...tell him you dont wanna talk to him anymore what so ever. thats the reason you broke up with him you dont wanna lead him on
