Have you tried calling their customer service number? Did they charge you for it already? I would first try calling the 1-800 number and tell them your situation and give them your confirmation number and if not call up your credit card company and tell them your situation usually they can credit your account.

I'm sorry that happened to you.i wish i could help.but the only thing i can say i wish the best for you and you sound so disappointed I'm sure something good will happen in your life that will make this problem seem small remember i know we are strangers but i feel compassion because its a big thing for you and it might seem trivial to someone else but i do care .lol

call the 800 number and complain. and also have ur statement if u paid by credit card to fax for proof.

how did you pay for it? get the cancelled check or other record of payment and call them up or send them a picture, showing, 'hey, i paid you this money, where is by stuff?' tell them you will sue them for fraud if they do not get you your crap, since it is ILLEGAL to promise to send somebody something, take their money, and not give them anything.

tell them its their problem to figure out what went wrong, you did your part. take your proof of payment and file a police report.
