File or clean files on a regular basis, preferably once a month.
Use a calendar, if you don't already. Style is up to you. I actually use three, because I have to make copies for someone else.
Establish one place for things like keys, and always return items to that spot.
Lay out your wardrobe the night before if you can.
These are a few things I do to manage my life, and they're working out ok right now. Make changes if you must!

being organized takes time here... u cant be messy for 1 mins and be organized in the other min. you simply cant~!!. being organize take steps. you have to do it bit by bit. maybe u can starts by organizing with your own personal belongings.. clothes.. shoes.. books.. sort them out first... next work your way up.. maybe... next ur study table.. and after.. maybe your room..tidy things up a little.

having an organizer does helps.. or a pin board where u can pin all ur important notes.. meetings.. homework.. (simply the things that u need to do.) having shelfing and cabinets do helps. Dont forget to chuck away the things that u dont need anymore coz normally this things take up space!!.. Having done all.. you can easily see urself as an organized person. trust me~!! and always remember that it takes time~!!!! and you will be surprised that stuffs u had not seen them for ages is all along there~!! best of luck! =D

there really isn't one way, the answer is relative to the individual. I usually write lists and keep the list next to my alarm clock which I have to turn off every single morning. some get those fancy palm pilots, write on calenders, program important times and dates in your cell phone, separate important papers by subject in filing cabinets, get paper back schedulers where you can write in your daily activities. no offense but woman are usually better at remembering detail, if all else fails ask a reliable source to remind me you of certain important events every now and then.

Prioritize your week and day. Make lists of what you HAVE/NEED to get accomplished and what you have time to accomplish. And focus on what has time constraints first to make sure they get done.
