why do i feel sad where i supposed to feel happy for him. he got a pretty and kind wife and both of them know i'm gay.

20 years of friendship! I supposed you were childhood friends. Like the previous answer: Are you into your mate? I don't know how a gay feel/think. But you might had mixed up the feeling on whether you fall for your best pal, or you are just reluctant like someone in the family gets married. Since you say they know you are gay and still accept you as good pal. Cherish this friendship and yeah, look for someone you love at the same time. Who knows the next thing, you'll have a dinner of 4 instead of 3 now.

You are probably feeling sad because your friendship will change. It won't be a good or bad change it will just be change.
Your pal is moving on to the next level in his life. Maybe talk to him tell him you are sad, but happy for him. It might make you feel better. :) Hang in there I know change is sometime scary and hard.

I believe you feel sad because your friend will spend more time with his family and not you. Well this is part and parcel of our life and we need to accept this.
When our friends move to the next stop of their life, we feel sad coz they are going to spend more time with their loves ones but as a friends of theirs we should feel happy for them coz they finally find someone to spend their rest of their with. We should give them their blessing on their big day

Be happy for your friend, you don't alwayz find true love and it sounds like he is happy. Were you into you mate? Anyhow, maybe you should try and do the same and find someone that makes you happy.
