I am a landlord, and i need a website where i can get a eviction notice to my tenant. I live in Oklahoma.

You need to seek legal advice. Illinois requires a "10 Day notice" to be posted on the tenants door. You have to give them 30 day written notice to move out. If they don't, you post 10 Day Notice on the door. If keys are still not turned in, you have to file in "Tenant/Landlord Court". Your municipal court takes care of evictions. Good luck!

You will need to go to the court house and get the forms, and each state has different laws and procedures to evict a tent ant. How about talking to a Real Estate attorney in your area.

I'm sorry 2 inform U but U gotta go 2 the court house to get the forms I know I'm a Landlord as well your not allowed to D/l these forms I know I called the court house plus they give you a booklet as well so you know your rights.Good Luck

Try Findlaw.com or LexisNexis.com. But depending on your local laws, evictions may only be honorable and enforceable via court order.
