Compressed files are still files. They can be moved around, given to someone else, transferred to another medium, encrypted, and so on.
The same is true for an encrypted file. An encrypted file is still a file. You can still move it around, transfer it, give it to someone else, and even compress it.
So none of them are false.

A. Compressed files can be shared.
B. Encrypted files can be shared if you give them the key.
C. You can compress encrypted stuff.
D. You can encrypt any file.
