How do you deal with change and transition in your life?

My friend is leaving college for good, b/c she has student teaching. She's been my best friend here. Its hitting me reall hard that she's leaving. This is just after my bf broke up with me. I hate change, but its a part of life. I just don't know how to handle all that well.

tell her that she has to write to you and tell her that you are going to miss her. through her a going away party. she will like it and it may help you out aa little. it is good to talk about thing that are bugging you. it is good to get is out in the open. if you know what i mean. if you want to be friend i will talk to you went every you need someone to talk too. you can e-mail me @ [e-mail]

I went through something close to that last year. My 4 best friends either got married, moved to Italy, moved to Ontario, or hates my guts. It's tough. What worked for me was to busy myself. I volunteered at a program for inner city kids and took up some hobbies. I also met knew people and got involved with other things. Helping other less fortunate than my is a 2-way street. 1 you're not thinking about the crapy situation you're in, and, 2 it makes other people's day. Give it a try.

Simply accept it as for you can't do anything 'bout it. The best thing to do is not to waste any energy on bad emotions. She's leaving, make new best friends...

you have no choice..just accept it...
