Steve Young. Young & Rice held the record of most touchdown passes from a QB/WR combination until Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison passed them up.

That's because Young & Rice had about 7 years together, while Montana only had about 5 healthy years with Rice.

Does it really matter? He probably caught more from Montana, but he most likely had the most memorable from Young.
