I would recommend anything that she has mentioned in the time that you've known her. That's usually the best, especially if she has since forgotten about it and you were wonderful enough to remember it. Some other ideas would be tickets to a concert, game, ballet or something that you know she likes, consider any songs you two may have or a band that reminds her of you and buy her the cd. Gift cards are too impersonal, so don't resort to that and I believe that a month is a little soon for jewelry, especially if you aren't positive the relationship is going to last for a long time. A lot of girls aren't necessarily jewelry girls, but many guys rely on jewelry when they can't think of anything else. Be creative and use your personality as well as hers to come up with something she'll love. The more thought and creativity you put into it, the more she'll like it. :) Hope this helps!

There is no such thing as too early for jewlery, go to Macy's there having awesome sales and ask to see all the circle love eternity neckalaces that fit your price gap the lady will know and choose one that u like the best. Its an awesome neckalace its not too bling bling and its very practical u can dress it up and down and it was on Oprah's most have lists of 2006. i don't even like her but she does have taste.Trust she she will love it, plus u will get bonus points for getting such a gerat present early on, she will be impressed i know i would after a month.

the sweetest thing a guy could give me would be something i had said earlier in the relationship, (it might be too early for you) but like if i said I love snickers bars and burts bees chapstick, get that ALONG with something like earrings.
