Good advice is being given out here. I agree with the "go to the hoop and draw fouls" idea. Also, if this team likes 3's, then try to deny them the 3 pointer. And if your team knows how to play a 1-3-1 defense, then try it out. This can be fantastic at causing turnovers, especially against teams that try to play at a fast pace. If you haven't already worked a lot on the 1-3-1 though, then don't try it. Good luck tomorrow and try to dictate the pace of the game.

I live very near you, I wonder what school you go to...I go to University Highschool in Irvine...anyway. I'm in highschool and used to play basketball. It is very difficult to come up with a plan that will work, because I don't know your team and its capabilities. When you read this, as I'm sure you're doing, post a roster of your team so I can know things like -do you have one guy who is taller than anyone on their team, or a great stealer, or...you know? Give me some more info, a feel for your team. I'll check up on this later and edit my answer. Till then,

You did not say wether they were big also, my suggestion would be make sure you're guards are ready to handle the pressure( i assume with that much speed they play pressure D IE: trapping) you need to slow the game down make them play at a pace your team is comfortable with. Keep the ball out of your bigs hands unless its scoring opportunities if they are smaller you must punish them inside. shooting free throws will slow the pace down and give your team the chance to rest and compose itself. Use the clock coach its your friend.

put those fouls to your advantage drive it to the hoop bring out their big man whatever you do do not let them win the game on offence because if they do then you have no hope try to counter their fouls by working on free throws and have you team playing 200% before game time and remeber one more thing momentum will be very important

Play good defense. Also, since they foul alot, tell your team to get aggressive, and go to the lane alot, to draw fouls. And once they get used to that, use your better shooters, and blow 'em out. Good Luck & God Bless...

be physical with them. if you're gonna foul, foul them hard. don't allow any easy shots of layups. Don't turn the ball over and allow easy fastbreaks. Even if you lose, you would rather lose to a team that earned it rather than a team that got half of their points off your turnovers.

SLOW THE GAME DOWN. TAKE GOOD SHOTS AND PLAY DIFFERENT DEFENSIVE SCHEMES THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE GAME.
