the best way is to go to start menu and click 'run'.
There is a program on your pc called the Direct X Diagnostics tool. It will give you WAY more info about your system than any other method. type dxdiag into the run box and hit enter.
Click on the display tab at the top and you will get a;; the info you will ever need. Model, brand, memory amount and type. integrated or stand-alone etc...

Right-click on your desktop, go in properties, Settings, Advanced and there find which device you are using.
Otherwise, you can click on start/settings/control panel/system/hardware/device manager/display adapters and find your device, right click on it, properties, and there, you should see which one you have... unless it's default vga adapter, you will know which brand/model you have.
