I've only used BlockBuster and have been using them for over a year now. At first I was located in San Diego and they were quite fast (when they ship a movie, it usually comes in the next day or 2 days later at the latest). I since moved to Ithaca, NY and the delivery is the same speed! Apparently BlockBuster is smart and will only ship out movies to you from their nearest location.
I don't know if Netflix offers the in-store coupons as well but BlockBuster does and this gives you even more movies to watch! I also like BlockBuster's queue system - you can even add movies that aren't even out yet on DVD to your queue and you'll be getting it first in the mail when it's completely rented out elsewhere. :)

Blockbuster is great if you live or work near a blockbuster store because you return the rental there and get a free rental from the store!!!
You see loads of movies.

I've had very good luck with Netflix, no problems or complaints at all.

Which ever one you've recently joined. In order to make you happy at the beginning, your order gets filled much faster. Once you're on the hook, they can move your requests further back in the queue, so that newly joined people get theirs first.

I love Netflix, I send em back they get them the next day and they send them back to me I get them the next day,,,very fast!!!
