Yes.... However, about half an hour after taking the niacin your entire body will turn red, start itching and burn like crazy.... Be prepared to drink a whole lot of water, I've heard that helps with the burning. My cousin used to have to take that stuff all the time when he smoked because his job had random drug tests and he always passed. I would just take it before bed to lessen the discomfort.

Absolutely NOT !!!!!! do not ever trust a pill or concocted remedy to pass a drug test It is stupid to think you will get away with it. My man is skinny smoked the grass for 10 years daily like 5 times a day 6 weeks of quiting still positive with taking herbal supplements. Just dont do it please. Sorry get a WIZENATOR it looks like a private part and it works great, Put some freezedryed urine in it and hand warmers warm it up just rite it costs like $85.00 but it has been worth it.

yes just drink lots of water before the test. is the test a piss test or a blood test? if its a blood test then you shouldnt have anything to worry about at all.
