im trying too find out if i will still have reasonable trail my rear wheel if it matters is 16 inches

Draw a line thru your tree headstock down to the ground following the angle of the rake, then draw a vertical line down from the front wheel centerline to the ground also. The distance between the angled line (from the steering head) to the vertical line is your 'trail' and should be between 4-6 inches. More trail and it's a pig to steer (but goes straight forever), less trail is squirrely - but good for sidecar driving..
