i have a small company and my insurance requires that i have completed applications for all my employees. does any one know where to find blank general job applications

Obtain a few from other businesses, white out the necessary areas and type in your information. Make a lot of copies. Viola! A lot of companies copy other company policies and such. Have a nice holiday.

Office supply place. They generally carry all kinds of forms. I even got the papers to do my last divorce at the office supply shop.

Yes I do. Either Office Max or Office Depot. I'm not sure the prices but they are most def. there.
