No you are not a bad person for having feelings... that us human nature... You can't help sometimes how you feel about someone.....
The only way you would be a bad person was if you acted on those feelings and cheated on your wife.... Just try to keep your distance from her and if due time you will forget about her.......
I know people think about sleeping with other people in thier relationships even though they claim they don't... Like I said you are not unless you act on those feelings.. and I think if you choose to you should let your wife know you no longer want to be with her before you are with this other women because she doesnt need to suffer twice..the pain,.

Seriously dude, read that questions back to yourself are you really that stupid?!?! You took an oath to your wife that you would be faithful to her, so you need to honour that. If you are considering I would suggest that you break it off beforehand so she doesnt get hurt that way.
