The group from the seventies, "The Village People," dressed up in those ridiculous uniforms, and people doing the signs for the letters Y, M, C, and A. every time they heard that song. It's not a pretty scene that comes to my mind. Thank God the disco era is behind us now.

In like 4th grade i read a Ramona Quimby book and she was walking to the ymca, so i picture a girl walking to ymca for swimming lessons! lol! Sometimes i picture me and my friends trying to make the letters with our legs while we were diong hand stands! FUNNY!lol!
