Yesterday some black guy in class was messing with me (football thing) he was just playing but hes pretty damn strong and like 6'6" well anyways. I was sitting in my desk and he comes behind me and grabs the back of my head and tries to slam it into the desk, not like real but still it was pretty hard. And I tried to resist and felt like my spinal cord kinda "pull" and I'm still fine I just kinda got some pain in my neck. Just like its sprained or something, did he damage my spinal cord?

First off the bully is a ahole secondly you must have a trainer in the athletic department go see them. Anyway sounds like you hyper extended your neck. I hate when people dick around like that. He really is a jag off. I hope someone puts him in his place. If you had a really bad injury trust me son, you could not even move. You will be OK but follow my answer to you.

Look, everyone here seems to consider him/herself an expert, but the fact is, there's no way to be sure your spinal cord was or wasn't damaged based on what you've said so far. No, not being paralyzed is not an assurance that your spinal cord wasn't damaged. That being said, it's unlikely your spinal cord was damaged, but the best thing you can do is see a doctor and let him/her ask all the questions that are necessary, and examine you.
As someone else said, if this happened at school, you should let the authorities know. Not just so that you can get medical care at their expense, but also so that something can be done about the bullying.

There are many tendons and ligaments in your neck and most likely you have strained one or pulled one. If you spinal cord was damaged you would know it from either being paralyzed or worse. Try Tylenol or Advil as directed for muscle strain. If it doesn't get better in 24 -48 hours try to see a doctor, maybe at the county clinic. Good Luck.

Go see a doctor and get it checked out.
The school does carry insurance for this type of thing I gurantee it, so don't let the fact you can't afford it keep ypu from going to a dr. Back injuries can be serious. Besides this person needs to be stopped from doing this type of behavior. Good Luck

If this happened at school, report it and tell them you need to see a doctor. The school insurance will pay for it.
