As for the money you are pretty much out of luck unless you have a contract where he signed in agreement to pay you back. If you dad has pulled a gun on you and your mom. You need to contact your local Department of Children and Family services. They will HELP you get into a better situation. He sounds like he gets violent when he is drunk and that's not good for either you or your mom. Get out fast . I would hate to see you get hurt! At this point I would only worry about your safety. If you dad drinks that much then something needs to be done. There are shelters that you and your mom can go to. I am not sure where you live or what area, so I can't help you, but call the DCFS and they will help you and your mom get into a safer place. That's the #1 PRIORITY RIGHT NOW!

Unless you have a written contract, there is nothing you can do. I suggest you get the hell out of that environment as soon as possible as your dad might become physical with you or your mom. At 14 your only recourse is to seek aid from the state - see your local police department for help.

Go with them down to bank and give them the $70 you have, and also tell on yourself - that you spent the rest of your money instead of paying them off. Apologize. Then go get job to pay beck the rest of the money. If you are not old enough to work in public - then work in the neighborhood by mowing grass, babysitting, cleaning out basements or garages, etc.

Write to Jerry Springer. He might pay you to be on TV and pay your parents too and then they can pay you back.
