I mean, holy cow. Why now? They are just money hungry people (the parents) who want just a scapegoat. Somebody to blame for the accidental death of their daughter. What a scam. I have been following this story since the start thru Greta Van Susteren (Fox News) who has religiously covered it.

She was a party girl on a senior class trip at a bar drinking with friends in Aruba. I see it as she caused her own death, and Joran Van Der Sloot didn't help. He's the answer to this case....

She was murdered, plain and simple, and the wrongfull death lawsuit should be brought against all three, because she was no angel(by your definition who is an angel) if that is the way for them to get some kind of justice more power to them. Put yourself in their place, what if it was your sister, daughter, you wouldn't be saying holy cow why now, I'll bet you would be doing the same thing, don't be so judgemental.

I don't understand how you feel it was accidental. She was obviously murdered and all three of those boys have lied about different events (that's a fact). These parents have a gut feeling, coupled with a lot of circumstantial evidence, and facts the boys have lied. They are grieving for their daughter and want justice. They are trying to get these boys convicted of something. If you have never lost a child, especially to murder, then you have no right to judge these people. It's not always about money even when it looks like it is. Natalie's parents are already wealthy, they don't need the money. They want some kind of justice. Pray for them.

If Natalie would have been a guy, would your opinion be different? Her parents want justice for her death, and since Aruba law is so shi**y, I assume they feel that whatever they can do to these a**holes who have gotten away with murder is better than nothing. By the way, they don't need the money.

it particularly is actual that had Dominguez no longer crossed the border illegally he could in all probability be alive as we talk and his kinfolk in all probability realizes this. ought to they have a suitable to sue in a wrongful dying lawsuit? anybody can document one, yet good luck at triumphing one, distinctly in circumstances consisting of this. even nonetheless, to view this concern in a diverse attitude; the protection lawyer would not ought to tutor innocence or guilt on behalf of his clientele, however the prosecutor has to tutor genuine looking doubt. How huge became this rock that Dominguez had? became he attempting to guard himself? became he attempting to scare the officer to back off? Did the officer use severe tension? it particularly is a shame that somebody ended up lifeless, however the nice and cozy button is that no rely how lots funds you sue for, and if the case is won, the money will on no account convey back the guy who died. sometimes you need to ask your self approximately any wrongful dying healthful - do some families particularly care appropriate to the dying of a chum, or do they actually care appropriate to the money? Hmmmm...factors to contemplate!!!

I dunno. I don't think we have heard enough evidence to say that they did or didn't do it. I do think that the media has made her out to be some angel who just went down to spend time with her friends. Obviously, in the end it was her naivity that got her in trouble. I have a hard time believing at the same time that it was an "accident". Could have been, but I believe whoever was with her at the time, covered up any evidence of their presence at the scene. Unfortunately, it's probably one of those cases that will never be resolved.

You are full of crap! Natalie may have been drinking & whatever but that does not mean she deserved to be killed. Her parents have the right to know what happened to their daughter. I don't have a problem with the lawsuit. If it yields information for them to find their daughter, more power to them!

Accidental? Where do you get that from?
I have no problem with the lawsuit. A jury can hear the evidence and decide if they have any responsibility.
