I assume for "most" you mean what SET of words -- since they all rhyme with each other, there cannot be just ONE such word!

Now, so long as you are speaking of "perfect" rhymes
(see definition here: http://www.bartleby.com/61/83/P0188300.html

1) There is no "least" rhyming word, because there are MANY words in English that have no exact rhyme. Besides the commonly mentioned ones like "orange" (which actually DOES rhyme with "door hinge" is some dialects!), purple, silver and month, a large number of words whose main accent is not on the last syllable (and which therefore have MORE sounds they would have to match exactly) have no perfect rhymes.

2) Most? That's a tough one, but note the following.

a) the easiest words to rhyme are those that are either just one syllable long or whose accent falls on the final syllable (something called "masculine rhyme")

b) the most likely answer is a word with final-syllable accent and ending in a long vowel:

best of these might be the long -e sound. (written mainly -e, -ee, -ea, -i, etc.)
www.rhymezone.com lists 936 such words
BUT note that some of them are actually phrases ending with repeated words (which is one of the problems with trying to count which has 'most'), and several of them are proper names or abbreviations. For that reason I think the next one may have more distinct rhymes.

second in numbers listed at rhymezone [with 738] but perhaps first if you remove 'repeats', is words with a final long-a sound (e.g., stray, they, yea, neigh, ballet),

then check:
* long u [602] (due, gnu, who, boo, chew, ewe, through, adieu)
* long o [470] (e.g., fro, woe, flow, beau, though)
* long i [372] (e.g., die, dye, fly, guy, nigh).

c) you would also find a large number of rhymes for words ending with a vowel + a common consonant sound. (In other words, ending in the letter j or z would not work well!)

Try: d, t, p, k, g, m, n ng, s (also making the /z/ sound) sh, l, r

Note that this all refers to the SOUNDS the letters make -- a number of these words will, in writing, end with a silent e, and either the vowel sound or consonatn sound may be written with more than one letter (nOOn, bEAt, cAkE; baCK, muCH, aSH).

But I have not found any of these combinations with more rhyme words than several that just end with a long vowel sound.

According the www.rhymezone.com, "on" has 296 rhyming English words ending in a consonant
That was the most I found tonight when I woke up from a dream wondering this question. ;-)
In my dream the answer was "ale" - which has only 154.
I am not "poetically" inclined so this dream was quite a surprise to me!
The last time anyone answered this question was over 8 years ago, so this is not a common area of interest. LOL

No single word in the English language rhymes with Orange or Silver. As far as the rest of your question, I have no idea.

Words ending with "e or y" are the most common to rhyme

Orange can rhyme with almost nothing.

the word with the most homonyms (sounds exactly the same) is "rows"/"rose"/"roes"/etc. That probably rhymes with the most words as well.
